- All logos, images, and campaign materials are provided by the candidate/committee.
- By submitting artwork, you grant YourSupportHub.org a limited license to reproduce and display those materials solely to produce merchandise and your storefront.
- We do not design logos or create branding.

Compliance & Money Flow (plain English)
- Merchandise: Orders on YourSupportHub.org are for campaign merchandise, with YourSupportHub.org as the vendor/merchant of record. These are merchandise orders, not donations, and not tax-deductible.
- Revenue Share: Under a vendor/license agreement, your campaign may receive a periodic royalty/revenue share from merchandise sales.
- Donations: Any direct donations are handled only through your own donation processor via the outbound donation link. YourSupportHub.org does not receive or process donations.
- Reporting: All compliance and reporting remain with your campaign and its chosen processor.
Disclaimer of Guarantees
YourSupportHub.org does not guarantee sales volume, fundraising totals, or donor participation. Candidate campaigns are solely responsible for promoting their Hub link and driving traffic. Revenue shares are contingent upon actual merchandise sales processed through the platform.
